What is a Wayfinder?
A Wayfinder is a trained, trusted disciple-maker at The Way Community Church who helps people take their next step toward Jesus through spiritual growth, community, and consistent biblical discipleship. Wayfinders are equipped to guide others, support LifeGroups, and strengthen the church’s culture of multiplication.
